My review of under-appreciated power pop master Tommy Keene’s latest, Behind The Parade is now up at PopMatters. Looking back, would’ve been an [8] were it not for that new age instrumental thing in the middle of the album, and possibly should have been anyway. The world does not need Tommy Keene to stop making records, and I like to offer all of the encouragement I can.
